“Naked, Outraged, and Covered in ‘Blood’”
I hear the PETA patter of little feet:
St. Louis — With their nude bodies covered in “blood” to depict the plight of animals skinned alive for their fur, PETA members will hold a “die-in” and lie silently in a pile outside a local J.Crew store on Tuesday.
I’m glad I don’t work down near Plaza Frontenac, where this display of naked rage will take place tomorrow. Somehow thinking about a pile of gelatinous, paint-smeared naked protesters bothers me more than fur.
