The true cost of stimulus
Do you really believe that many of the entitlement programs funded under the bloated stimulus bill will really be temporary? (Hint: the federal income tax was supposed to be temporary for the duration of World War I.)
So what’s the price tag if we assume that programs like Head Start, Medicaid, COBRA, and the Earned Income Tax Credit are made permanent?
And that’s just over the next 10 years.
