Different Guns, Same Target
As I’ve matured, the Forehead-Slap Moment (FSM for short) has become a regular feature of my life. I’ll be reading something, listening to something, or watching something, when suddenly, without warning, neurons fire, something clicks, and SLAP!
The latest FSM: SLAP! The prophetic/apostolic movement is New Age hoo-ha masquerading as fundamental Christianity! Hello!

Another partnership between prominent evangelicals and the Joel’s Army Division of the New Apostolic Reformation is ready to advance on the Seven Mountains of Influence: “We call on all faithful Christians to join us in the fight to defend life, protect and revitalize marriage, and preserve religious liberty and the rights of conscience,” says Jim
Christian CIA?

Rick Joyner’s Oak Initiative sets the agenda for its upcoming conference: #2 – The formation of a Christian Intelligence Service. This is for training an army of “watchmen” who are skilled in discerning important issues or events as they unfold, and can gather basic information about it that is accurate and trustworthy. People who believe
Why Nephilim?

The question has been posed to us several times in recent weeks: aren’t you spending way too much time talking about esoteric stuff? What’s with the ghosts, UFOs, and Nephilim? Aren’t these fringe topics a distraction from the gospel of Jesus Christ? Shouldn’t you focus on sound Bible teaching instead of the weird stuff? That’s

What’s Glenn Beck doing?

Props to Glenn Beck for speaking boldly of his faith — mostly. His message of faith, hope, and charity is resonating with conservative Christians as he travels the country on his “American Revival Tour”. He regularly hosts Christian pastors and evangelists on his Fox News program to talk about faith and patriotism. He often talks
Lousy Fathers I Have Known

Today, dads are stereotyped as incompetent, inconsiderate, oversized adolescents; self-absorbed bumblers who are anything but the heads of their households. After a steady diet of
More on Porter’s rant

Another thought on Janet Porter’s hit piece on Discernment Ministries: either Mrs. Porter doesn’t understand what her allies in the culture war are about, or she’s being really disingenuous. None of these people support a “dominion theology” that seeks to establish a theocracy. Really? How then do we force a change of hearts on an
Well. Mrs. Porter appears to be upset.

Janet Porter lashes out at critics following the decision of radio network VCY America to drop her show: The “separation of church and state.” I could be reading from the constitution of the former Soviet Union, a decision by Ruth Bader Ginsburg or a fundraising letter from the ACLU. But instead, I’m repeating a philosophy

Andrew Hoffman, author of The New World Order and the Eugenics Wars, joins us tonight on View From the Bunker Live. We’ll also talk about Rand Paul’s links to Christian Reconstructionism (Dominionism without the signs and wonders), the ominous situation in the Middle East, and the Denver Airport–which just got weirder when no one thought
Tweeting the Apocalypse

For the first time in history, it’s technologically possible for “all the nations of the Earth” to see “the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky” in real time. How many will do it on an iPhone? Read the rest at Hearken the Watchmen.
