This is an odd situation. I’ve received at least a dozen notes from people about garbled audio on yesterday’s video about the House Intelligence Committee memo, but I can’t replicate the problem.
I’ve watched the video on three different computers (all Macs running OS X) using two different web browsers, and on my iPhone and iPad with the Safari browser and the YouTube app. The video plays fine every time.
The problem is on YouTube’s side — maybe a CDN cached a version that they didn’t render correctly. Odd that this video is the first one out of the 206 I’ve posted that people have had trouble with.
Over the weekend, I’ll produce something a little longer that explains why this is a bigger deal than Watergate.
